Product - Insulpak®Eco
|
|
Insulpak®Eco is manufactured by bonding a multi-layer of highly reflective aluminium and metaised foil to a high performance polymer film, giving the product an unsuccessed puncture, tear & wear resistance and good dimensional stability.
A special formulated protective coating is applied to both sides of the surface to ensure its highly reflective efficiency is protected surface oxidation |

| Applications |
The primary function of a radiant barrier is to reduce the transfer of radiant energy. Radiant energy is the major contributor to heat gain in the summer and heat loss in the winter. Using a radiant barrier modifies the degree of radiant transfers to air spaces and greatly increases what is commonly known as “R” value. Mass instulations, no matter how thick they are, have almost no abilityt to reflect radiant energy. |
Insulpak®Eco is a self supporting radiant and vapour barrier designed to block the transfer of radiant heat. In hot weather, infrared energy from the sun is easily absorbed by roof and wall structures. Insulpak®Eco will block the infrared energy from passing through the structures, resulting in a cooling effect on the interior of buildings. In cold weather, the system has a reverse effect; it stops heat from escaping from the ceiling and wall structures, hence retaining heat and stabilizing indoor temperature. It serves as additional secondary waterproof barrier to roof leakage.

Insulpak®Eco
is can be used insulating roofs, walls and floors of residential, industrial commercial and institutional buildings.
When used as an exposed internal roof lining, Insulpak®Eco is enhances light diffusion and utilization.
Insulpak®Eco is an ideal vapour barrier for heat/moist sensitive equipment.
